This workshop will look in more depth at a key feature of workplace learning – how we learn from role modelling. We will look at some of the theory and use these insights to develop a more effective practical approach to helping our learners learn from role modelling.
Also on this day Dr Sonia Bussey will be delivering ‘What’s going on? How to support learning in busy clinical workplaces’ from 9:30- 12:30.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Describe the key principles of learning by role modelling
- Identify key ways in which you might enhance your learners’ ability to learn from role modelling
