General Eligibility Criteria
for NDUK Leadership Roles

Be a registered NDUK member in good standing for at least one year

Have been in the NDUK Facebook group for at least one year, actively aligning with our mission.

Be currently resident in the UK and throughout the 2-year tenure.

When is the next general election?
The 2025 election period will run from May - July 2025.
NDUK Leadership Elections are held every 2 years.
When is the latest that the next general election could be held?
The date of the next general election in 2027 has not yet been announced. It is scheduled for May -July 2027.
Who is eligible to vote?
All registered members who meet the eligibility criteria and are in good standing with the organization will be eligible to vote in the general leadership election.
Where can I find the results of the election?
The results of the general leadership election will be announced in a timely manner following the conclusion of the voting process. We remain committed to a fair and transparent election.
Who decides when to call a leadership election?
The election committee members oversee the election process and ensure that it is conducted fairly and transparently. They work to ensure that the election process runs smoothly, and results are announced in a timely and accurate manner.
Who are the candidates?
A 'Statement of Persons Nominated' will be presented to members as part of the election process. These would be members from within the NDUK community.
How do I vote?
The voting process for the general leadership election will be communicated along with the announcement of the election date. We encourage all members to stay tuned for further updates.
