Zero Tolerance to Harrassment.

You  should respectfully challenge ideas, but never directly attack a  person. Any posts, comments, or DMs to members or admins that are  inappropriate, rude, or aggressive will be immediately removed. This  includes posts that spread misinformation & are disruptive to the  group.

This is not a dating platform and members who perpetuate online verbal, emotional or sexual harrassment will be reported to the GMC.

Be Relevant - Show Empathy

The goal of this community is to help and support each other. We encourage a supportive culture.  When posting about a case, expand on your own thoughts as much as possible to start the discussion.

Sometimes  tough cases are posted here that understandably can be emotional to see. But please, no owner-directed comments or criticisms of any kind--  the focus of all convos should relate to the topic in particular.

No solicitations or self promotions

This  includes self-promotion, unsolicited direct messages, spamming, links  to offers, posing as Admin members or moderators, and any selling disguised as content or help posts with the purpose of lead generation. These types of posts will be removed to ensure we stay focused on  meaningful discussion.

Do Not Share Screen Captures

Never share anything in a post without expressed permission from the original poster. This will be classed as a breach of privacy and community confidential, with the possibility of referral to GMC for probity.

Do Not Double Post

If  you’re not getting feedback on your post, feel free to “bump” the post  (by writing a comment which will move the post to the top of the group),  but please do not double post. It could be classed as spamming.

Do Not Share Info in Post Without Permission.

Never share personal details/contacts or anything in a post without expressed permission from the original poster. Be mindful of identifiers that could link an individual to your post.
