About the Event
This 2-day programme will enable you to explore your own leadership practices by thinking firstly about who you are and how you lead within the context and complexity of the NHS. We will then explore how you lead others focusing on communication, relationship management and facilitation. There will be opportunity to apply your learning to practice using action learning and coaching as a method.

Reflecting on leadership practices within NHS
Understanding Action Centred Leadership – balancing needs and expectations of individuals and teams
Exploring your own leadership using the Self-assessment (7 Practices of Leadership)
