This event is designed to provide trainees with practical tools and tips to support their own wellbeing and that of their colleagues. Delegates will participate in talks focussed on dealing with imposter syndrome, minimising burnout, and develop mindfulness in Postgraduate Doctors and Dentists in Training.
Learning Outcomes:
- Provide PGDDiT with practical tools to support mindfulness, burnout, and imposter syndrome.
- Promote the normalisation of a wellbeing culture
- Provide an interactive environment where people can learn from leading wellbeing experts
- Provide a supportive platform for delegates to share their wellbeing experiences
