About the Event
Audience: This event is aimed at new GPs in their First 5 years after CCT and GP trainees.
Performing as an effective GP requires good communication skills, but what happens when you come into conflict with another person in your professional role, whether it is a patient, peer or boss?
The speakers will discuss real life situations where they have come into conflict, exploring why individuals may behave as they do, strategies to defuse the situation, and the importance of building relationships, even with challenging individuals.
